David Gershaw has flourished in leading, educating, and motivating teams in large corporate environments. He moved on to product development and innovation for startup ventures. Being an imagineer has been his most rewarding role. The latest creation, “Cabbage Quest”, brings together students and their supporters to define success and celebrate great achievements.
Why this product launch is so important to me
My motivation as a student came through positive accolades from family. Imagine a way to capture the academic landscape within a technology platform and tie it to a reward system. This is the genesis of a rewards concept that will fuel our future generations.
